Welcome to Pena Baseball Private Academy, where we’re redefining the landscape of student-athlete development. Located in Kissimmee, Florida, we offer a unique and comprehensive home education program designed for dedicated baseball players in grades 1 through 12. We understand the passion and commitment it takes to excel both on the field and in the classroom, and we’ve created an environment where these two crucial aspects of a young person’s life are not just balanced, but integrated for optimal growth.

Pena Baseball Private Academy is committed to developing well-rounded student-athletes and ethical competitors in a team-centered environment. We use baseball to reveal character through adversity, humility, sacrifice, and teamwork. Our focus is on personal excellence and valuing the process over results, creating a “No Fail” culture where growth matters more than wins or losses. Players are taught ownership and accountability, rejecting blame and excuses. We promote open communication, encouraging athletes to speak confidently and freely. Above all, we serve as mentors first, guiding and supporting each player’s journey on and off the field.

2025-2026 Home School Program Tuition
Pena Baseball Private Academy accepts the Personalized Education Program (PEP) and Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) scholarships from Step Up for Students.
Program Schedule
Monday - Fridays: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Tuition
- 5 Day Program Tuition -
Our 5 day enrollment is a full-time educational program from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm operating Monday through Friday.
5-day program is $800 a month ($8,000/year)
General Fees
$100 Registration Fee
$200 Curriculum Fee
$150 Technology Fee
$50 Tutoring hourly Fee
Baseball Sports Enrichment Program Tuition
Baseball fee $1200
The fee includes uniforms, transportation, access to the baseball field and gym, empire for games and coaches.
$500 can be paid upfront and the other $700 can be divided over 10 months.

Pena Baseball Private Academy operates as a homeschool program providing personalized education support for homeschooling families. In accordance with Florida’s homeschooling regulations, parents remain the primary educators and are responsible for their child’s overall education. Our program complements home-based instruction by offering part-time targeted tutoring, enrichment activities, and collaborative learning experiences. We are not a private or public school, but a supportive community designed to enhance your homeschooling journey. Parents are responsible for all record keeping and reporting requirements as outlined by the state of Florida for homeschool students or the Step Up for Students PEP and FES-UA scholarships parent responsibility.
